Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.
A minimum of 2 appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.
«Touch Up” appointments must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done and we withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal.
Last minute cancellation policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute your depot $100 is not refundable or transferrable.
If you cancel or reschedule last minute your 6-8 weeks or 9-12 weeks touch up you obligated to pay last minute cancellation fee $100.
No show & no call policy
No show no call client will be removed from clientele and not able to book any future appointments till they pay in full service they missed. Security deposit $100 is not refundable.
Previous work.
If you had previous work done and you scheduled appointment without artist approval your appointment will be cancelled and deposit $100 not refunded.
In some cases people have a tattoo that need to be laser removed or pigment that too saturated to work with.
Always send a picture with your previous work for artist approval.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
If you pregnant or breastfeeding you are not able to do any permanent make up. SoloElite is not taking liability performing permanent makeup on pregnant woman or woman who is actively breastfeeding.
If you had a baby and not planning on breastfeeding, please wait 2-3 months after you had a baby to recover.
If you schedule appointment being pregnant or breastfeeding your appointment will be cancelled and $100 deposit not refunded.
